This family-centered community is located just west of Harvard on 141st St in Bixby, Oklahoma. Established in 2021, this new neighborhood will house just over 100 residences when the second phase of development is complete.
Presley Heights was thoughtfully planned and laid out to meet the ever-changing needs of community residents. The community is covenant-controlled, meaning that each homeowner is a member of the association and agrees to abide by the covenants. Some of the most outstanding features include access to Bixby Public Schools, walking-distance to the new Bixby West Elementary-Intermediate School, a well-stocked pond with a beautiful fountain and a walking trail around the perimeter. Each home must be at least 2,000 sq. ft, (two-story: 2,400 sq. ft.), the exterior must be 100% masonry, and all plans are reviewed by the Architectural Committee before construction.
The Presley Heights Homeowner Association serves to keep residents safe, increase property values, and provide a sense of pride within the community. This is accomplished through the establishment of fair and reasonable guidelines for personal property upkeep and aesthetic consistency, the care and maintenance of common areas, and supporting the safety and security of each individual in the community. This is most effective when residents play an active role in supporting the neighborhood through HOA membership and participation.
